A "Forever Farm"

Colleen Cruze Bhatti grew up serving customers at her family's farmer's market stall. Now she runs Cruze Farm, in East Knox County, milking cows and making milk, ice cream and buttermilk (she swears by it as a health remedy) every day with her husband, parents, and a small crew of "Farm Girls."

With sustainable techniques and social media savvy, Colleen is carrying on a multigenerational family tradition on her land, which she hopes will remain a farm forever.
